What to Expect at Our Initial Meeting

This will be our opportunity to get to know each other. I’ll present my marketing plan for your home, explain the actions I will perform on your behalf, and we will discuss the sales process so you will know what to expect at each stage.

Understand the Market – Maximize Salability

I’ll also review the status of the market today, and review recent comparable sales in your area to help us zero in on the right listing price for your home. We will discuss all we can do to maximize your home’s salability, and talk about improvements that should be made before we hit the market. By the end of this meeting, one of three things will happen:

  • You and I will agree that I should list your home, or
  • You will decide that I’m not the right agent for you, or
  • I will decide not to take your listing.

Any one of these outcomes is okay. Should we decide to work together, we will sign the listing agreement and I will get to work right away.
